Starting April 20, 2026, Artopex and Logiflex will officially unite their operations under a single brand, pursuing their shared vision under the Artopex name.
This strategic move aims to strengthen our combined expertise, optimize our operations, and offer a competitive value proposition to our customers.
By bringing all services together under one identity, we are consolidating our manufacturing, design, and management capabilities.
With this announcement, Artopex maintains its commitment to quality, innovation, and proximity in its relationships with its partners.

March 16, 2026, marks the announcement of our transition process towards the unification of our products and processes, scheduled for April 20. During this time, our customers will be able to familiarize themselves with the new offering and plan their current and future projects.

Products & Sales
What are the impacts on product lines? As of April 20, you will have access to an expanded product offering. Some collections will be updated, while others will be discontinued.
How do I know which product replaces a discontinued one? You can consult our equivalency chart to identify available alternatives.
Will existing collections be modified?
Yes. Selected Artopex and Logiflex collections will be optimized to enhance functionality and compatibility.
Until when can I order a discontinued Logiflex product?
You may place orders for discontinued products until April 20, the official standardization date of the offering.
Will there be changes to finishes and fabrics? Yes. As of April 20, you will benefit from an enhanced selection of finishes and color options.
Can I still order using the current finishes? Yes. Ongoing or quoted projects may be ordered under the previous finish options until April 20.
What happens on April 20? April 20 marks the official standardization of our offering. You may order existing collections until that date. Afterward, certain collections will be discontinued, and new finishes will be available online and in showrooms.
How do I convert a Logiflex order into an Artopex order? Contact your account manager to convert your order based on the new Artopex equivalencies.
Until when can I order a discontinued Logiflex product? You may place orders until April 20, the official standardization date
Will the custom furniture option remain available? Yes. You may continue specifying custom projects according to your needs.
Will there be training sessions on updates and new products? Yes. A training series will be available starting the week March 23. You may register for the different sessions through your member zone.
What are the impacts on showrooms?
The Logiflex Montreal showroom will close on March 16. As of that date, you may visit Artopex showrooms.
Artopex showrooms remain open and will be updated over the coming months to showcase the new collections and finishes.
When will new samples be available? You will be able to view the new finishes and fabrics in showrooms starting April 20. Sample distribution will begin in the following days.
Customer Account
When and how will I receive my updated information? On March 17, dealership managers will receive a personalized email including:
-Your new Artopex account number
-Your customer service and after-sales contacts
-Your sales representative’s contact information
-Details of your product discounts
and other relevant updates
Are there changes to my member zone? The member zone remains available and will be updated over time.
Logiflex members: your access remains unchanged; no password update is required.
Artopex members: your existing account remains the same. You simply need to reset your password starting March 18.
When must orders be entered using Artopex codes/pricing?
Before April 20: you may submit Artopex and Logiflex orders using your current codes and send them to the respective customer service teams.
After April 20: all orders must use the new Artopex codes. Updated price lists will be available in the member zone and on the website.
Where should I send my purchase orders (POs)? Send your POs to the appropriate customer service team, as usual.
Will my payment discount change?
This information will be included in the communication sent to the dealership managers on March 17.

As of April 20, Artopex terms, conditions, and warranties will apply.
Will transportation fees change? Yes! Some changes will be made, and the transportation policy will be updated on April 20. You will be able to consult it in the member zone for all the details.
Will delivery lead times change? Yes! Production lead times will now be calculated in business days according to the Artopex method. Please refer to the member zone for details.
Will specification tools remain available? Yes! Price lists, Giza files, AutoCAD, SketchUp, SIF files, and CET access remain available. You will also find the necessary specification documents on each product page.
Will I still have access to CET specification tools? Yes. Our partnership with CET remains active and has even been enhanced: most Artopex collections are now included, allowing you to design your projects even more efficiently.
If you are new to CET, you may register for our training modules to explore this intuitive platform, which features symbols that reflect real products.
